Personalised Programs
With Steve's vast knowledge of training techniques and what it takes to maximise the time you have both on and off the bike, he can design the right training program to help you achieve your goals.
Having come accross the line First at The Peaks Challenge, Falls Creek in both 2013 & 2014 and 3rd in 2015, Steve knows exactly what it takes to be at your very best when it really matters. 
"Through many of my achievements, the hard work is always in the preparation. It can also be extremely rewarding and enjoyable if you go about it the right way" explains Steve.
We talk with you over the phone and by email, or can meet over a coffee and understand exactly what your objectives are. If you're not sure what they may be, we can also assist with setting you some realistic targets for the season ahead.
Steve then designs an affordable training program around your availability to train, your preferred mornings and weekend days and duration.

whether you train to FTP, Heart Rate, Cadence or a combination, Steve will structure the program to make sure you are testing your boundaries and achieving notable improvements in both power and performance.
You can choose to be self sufficient with your training program or have regular email and phone communication with Steve, depending on your style of training and budget. Steve can even monitor your progress through the likes of Strava and provide guidance and feedback along the way.
Peaks Challenge 2017
Steve has achieved Line Honours in Peaks Challenge Falls Creek on   2 occassions and achieved a consistent result of 7 hours 30 mins 3 times. Let him share all his knowledge and training techniques with you.
